Congratulations on your upcoming book/autobiography. What if you formatted in an interview style whereby you ask a question (one that you think your readers would like the answer to) and then answer it. You said you felt like it was kind of self-absorbed feeling to write about yourself for several hours at a time, but if you knew people want to know things about you and that you were answering questions they ask of you ... well, just a suggestion. One question I'd like to ask b/c I am still trying to reconcile this myself ... I have believed in the Bible from a Word of Faith/Pentecostal experience. I also am a lesbian. There's the conflict. I would love to understand the Greek/Latin, etc interpretation of the Bible on this subject. Thank you!!!

I'm trying to get one time licensing permission to sing "For Those Tears I Died" with Glory Bound Singers, a Christian singing group within The Order of the Daughters of the King which is a religious order in Episcopal, Anglican, Catholic, and Lutheran churches. We have taken a lifetime vow of prayer, service, and evangelism. Can you help me get permission for this one time use? My name is Sammie Valenti and my email address is farquhar06@yahoo.com.

I consider it providential to meet you via the internet, and to communicate with you. I feel strange, like some prayer has been answered. I don't know where it's leading, but it feels significant. It's been such a long road since I first "came to the waters". You must find it overwhelming to see how God uses you....thank you!

Marsha, dear Marsha... You have made such a huge difference in the lives of everyone you meet. Please learn that God uses you as a model of "faith in action." From near, or far, or in between I have witnessed you. I have felt your presence even now right here with me simply you have such a strong spiritual foundation. Marsha the kind of love and faith in God you have is no small thing. You are being used by God to share that faith and to show God's infinite love. When I look into your eyes I see a most amazing womyn with a childlike trust in God, and a heart so full of love it just flows out and onto others around you. As an adult Marsha I believe you just simply know and accept your relationship with God (and Jesus). No question, no doubt. It just is. Being humble about your faith in God is a testament of the boundless love affair between you. It is an experience you have I believe, simply because it is the way you feel. By the way, I believe God feels the same way about everyone - it is just that the rest of us don't always make it so obvious, or in the same way as you do.

Marsha Since just re-connecting with you after nearly 20 years away, I have accomplished rekindling some old friendships. I received your CD and listened to it about 10 times - since yesterday afternoon. It also managed to stir up some wonderful, old memories of you and MCC. Some pain involved tho' which only means I have very strong feelings. Your voice, your words and sound have been a wonderful healing influence, today. The Reverend Ro Hansen Halford
